What is SereneNow?

An all-in-one workspace for mental health professionals. It handles appointment scheduling, client management, payments and reminders, so you can focus on your clients. Think of it as a practice manager built for therapists, psychologists, counsellors and psychiatrists.

Who can use SereneNow?

Any mental health professional: therapists, psychologists, counsellors and psychiatrists, whether you work in person, online or both. Clinics with several practitioners can use an organisation workspace.

How do I get started?

On web: click Start free — for therapists, set up your profile, add your services and set your availability. Then share your public booking page, or invite clients with a personal link.

On mobile: everything works on the go. The Android app is in early access, so get in touch to join.

How secure is my data, and my clients' data?

Your data's safety is our top priority. SereneNow encrypts sensitive information like health records, payment details and personal info, and never shares it without your consent. We don't sell or misuse your data, ever.

Can clients book without downloading an app?

Yes. Clients don't need an app or a SereneNow account. Share your public booking page with all your services, or a client-specific page with just the services you've assigned them. They see your availability and confirm instantly.

How do payments work?

Clients can pay you directly, or through SereneNow. If you use SereneNow, we handle invoices, receipts, automatic confirmations with calendar invites, and secure payouts to your bank, so you never chase a payment.

Is SereneNow free?

Your first 3 months are completely free, with no credit card required and full access to every feature. After that, Pro is ₹899/month or ₹7,999/year, plus 18% GST.

Will clients see my phone number or bank details?

No. Your phone number, WhatsApp and bank information stay private unless you choose to share them. Clients see your booking page; you get paid through SereneNow.

What platforms does SereneNow work on?

Web and mobile. Manage your practice from your computer, or on the go with the Android app. iOS is coming soon.

Do you offer support?

Yes. We help with setup, troubleshooting and tips on running your practice smoothly. Reach us anytime from the support section in the app, or at admin@serenenow.in.
